The Old House Cosmopolitan Grill is now open. Located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, this family owned and operated restaurant, has been under construction for almost a full year, considering the design, building permit and construction processes.
As designer - architect, our firm assisted the owners with design and commercial plans, building permit processes and facilitation of required documentations during the construction phase. It is always fascinating and rewarding to see the transformation of these old buildings, that are repurposed and returned to life to serve the community with their renewed looks.
We have enjoyed their food at the other location, and can't wait to experience the new and exciting menu and atmosphere that this Old Town venue has to offer. Stay tuned for interior pictures.
